Kevan Clark is the Assistant Commandant for Cadet Life. This is his 13th year at the Academy. He started working at the Academy in 2011 as a Support TAC Officer and served eleven years as the TAC Officer for Alpha Company. Mr. Clark’s primary duties are to advise and manage the Cadet Life team and to provide guidance and supervision for the Academy’s high school Cadets. Mr. Clark also supports and assists LTC Miraco, the Commandant of Cadets. Mr. Clark holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Education and Child Development from California State University, Stanislaus. His past experiences include 4 years as a counselor at San Pasqual Academy, a boarding school for at-risk foster youth. He also served 3 years as a stay-at-home father for his 3 children when they were much younger. His children are now 15, 15, and 13 years old. Mr. Clark is happily married to his high school sweetheart Emily, and they live in Temecula, CA. Mr. Clark’s interests include baseball, travel, photography, and beach time with his family. Mr. Clark is honored to play a role in the Cadets’ personal development. He takes his job as a mentor and role model very seriously and hopes to help instill positive values and character traits in each Cadet.
