Robb is Chief Administrative Officer of Independent Bank, overseeing Human Resources, Learning & Development, Facilities and Marketing. Prior to joining the Bank in July 2009, Mr. Temple was the CEO of Pathfinder Credit Solutions, a credit brokering services firm. Additionally, Mr. Temple has over 30 years of experience working at senior levels for companies like Credit Data Services Florida, TRW/Experian and JCPenney.
Mr. Temple currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for McKinney Christian Academy and is a member of the Advisory Council for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County. He is also active in his church, holding numerous committee leadership positions. Along with his wife and youngest daughter, Mr. Temple leads mission trips to the Dominican Republic to serve Haitian refugees in the village of Santa Alicia.
