Every family at the Army and Navy Academy is a Warrior Family. This page offers links, forms, and family resources that will help you and your student get the most out of your Academy experience. From the caring nurses of our Health Center to the snacks and swag of our bookstore, everything that you and your cadet need is available on campus.
IMPORTANT LINKS FOR FAMILIES
AERIES
Aeries is the Academy’s student management system and one of our most integral family resources. You can check your student’s grades, review homework assignment status, and update your contact information so the Academy can stay in touch.
CADET STORE
The Cadet Store is the official bookstore of Army and Navy Academy. Located on the south end of our beachfront Rec Hall, it offers convenient access to all textbooks, school supplies, uniforms, snacks, and various personal items for all Academy students.
PAYMENT CENTER
The Academy uses FACTS Tuition Management to handle most payments for tuition and other student purchases. From here, you can manage tuition payments for your student, add funds to his bookstore account, and pay for weekend activities.
DEPARTMENT CONTACTS
Security & Operations
Located at the Cypress Avenue entrance to campus, the Operations Office is the Academy’s official guest entrance and where all students must check in and out when arriving to or leaving from campus. Operations provides 24/7 support and security for all students, staff, and guests.
ADMISSION
The Office of Admission supports incoming and new families as they take their first steps with the Academy. Your Admission Counselor can help connect you with answers to many of your Academy questions, as well as making introductions to contacts across campus.
CADET STORE
The Cadet Store sells books, school supplies, spirit wear, and uniforms as well as a variety of snacks and hygiene products for students. The store is open Monday and Tuesday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Wednesday 12:30 – 6:00 pm, Thursday and Friday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and during special events on selected weekends.
LAUNDRY
FINANCIAL SERVICES
Financial Services supports families with finance-related inquiries, including those about tuition, bookstore payments, laundry services, and other student purchases. Our dedicated staff is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
ACADEMICS
The Office of Academics oversees everything that goes on in the classroom, from instruction to grading. You can contact Academics with questions about your student’s academic performance, class assignments, study hall participation, and related subjects.
CADET LIFE
Commonly referred to as Residential Life on most campuses, Cadet Life is responsible for student life outside of the classroom and can help with questions about a student’s company, room, and other non-academic aspects of a student’s day-to-day experience.

HEALTH CENTER
The Health Center provides a caring and attentive atmosphere for students who take daily medications or are in need of basic medical care. Our experienced, compassionate staff maintains close communication with families to ensure optimal care for all students.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The Information Technology department supports students and staff through proactive and reactive technical support for devices like school-issued Chromebooks, personal computers, and other electronic systems. IT support is available before and during the school day to the campus community.
DINING SERVICES
The Academy’s dining services partner, Culinart, provides students and staff with three gourmet meals daily. Meals at the dining hall are prepared with an eye toward the balance between nutrition and comfort food. Meal options include main courses, a salad and deli bar, soup, sandwiches, fresh fruit, and desserts.
TRANSPORTATION
The dedicated members of the Academy’s transportation department are responsible, with parent coordination, for getting students to routine medical appointments, sporting events, weekend activities, and airport and train trips on open weekends.
Requesting Student Records
Army and Navy Academy families or alumni seeking official transcripts for job applications, college transfers, or other purposes should complete a Records Request form. For questions, please contact the registrar at registrar@armyandnavyacademy.org.Â
PAYMENT CENTER
Army and Navy Academy partners with FACTS Management Services for all financial transactions in support of students, including tuition, bookstore, Canteen, weekend activity bookings, and various activities and programs. FACTS provides parents with total visibility of not only their student tuition balances, but over all purchases your student makes while at the Academy.
Canteen
The Army and Navy Academy Canteen is a popular snack shop located in the beachfront Rec Hall where Cadets can buy snacks in the afternoon. Students pay using Canteen cards, which are priced in denominations of $50, $100, and $150.
ACTIVITIES
During open weekends, many students remain on campus to take advantage of our busy and exciting slate of weekend activities. Weekend Activity cards run from $15 for movie runs to around $125 for amusement park and sporting event trips.
STAY ENGAGED
Follow the Academy on social media to stay up-to-date on the latest campus events and activities. We also welcome your reviews on sites like Boarding School Review, Private School Review, Great Schools, Niche, and Yelp. Sharing your Academy experience helps other families make educational decisions that will set their sons up for success as future Warriors!
