HOW CAN THE ACADEMY HELP WITH TUITION COSTS?

Army and Navy Academy understands that our tuition differs from Valley Forge Military Academy’s. We encourage families to consider the significant value engendered by an education at the Academy.

We will credit VFMA cadets for all required uniforms at Army and Navy Academy, representative of a cost of around $5,000. Additionally, we are prepared to evaluate financial assistance packages for families that will assist you in planning for your cadet’s tuition from now until graduation.

HOW WILL RANKS AND AWARDS TRANSFER?

We respect the pride that cadets take in the ranks and awards that they have earned at Valley Forge Military Academy. The Academy will evaluate all incoming cadets for their incoming rank based on their achievements, JROTC file, and disciplinary history. Based on grade level, cadets can reasonably expect to be have the following ranks.

9th: Private to Private First Class

10th: Private First Class to Corporal

11th: Sergeant to Staff Sergeant

12th: Staff Sergeant to Sergeant First Class, 2nd Lieutenant after OCC

We make exceptions based on extraordinary performance and other factors.

WHEN WILL CADETS START AT THE ACADEMY?

Due to the urgency of the situation created by VFMA’s closure to underclassmen, Army and Navy Academy is prepared to bring cadets aboard immediately after our Thanksgiving Break, which ends on November 30th, 2025.

Spring semester begins on January 6th, 2025.
