HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Application

Input family and applicant information, select camp session and electives.

 

  • Access to the application is available on the Army and Navy Academy website HERE.
  • Academy admission staff review applications and reply to applicants via email.
  • Accepted applicants receive a user-friendly digital package including the enrollment agreement and easy-to-complete supplemental documents.
Step 2: Contracts & Documents

Review and complete the electronic documents listed below.  The completed documents automatically return to the Academy.

    • Summer Camp Contract & Fee ScheduleThis is mandatory for all applicants to complete before activation of the tuition payment portal.

    • Camper Contact Authorization Form – Enter emergency contacts and contact authorization.

    • Camper Transportation Form – Only for those requesting optional Academy shuttle service.

Step 3: Smart Tuition Activation

Smart Tuition Activation: Activate Secure, password-protected payment portal 

  • Smart Tuition – Tuition and fee payment portal: Facilitating credit card and electronic payments
  • Activate a family account on the Smart Tuition website – A non-refundable initial tuition payment of $500 applies to all applications. Household Smart Tuition accounts require a non-refundable $50 activation fee.
