GUIDED REGISTRATION: FINANCE

BACK TO HOME

Financial Services is here to help with any payment questions you may have throughout this registration process and throughout the year. It is important that you complete all of these steps prior to your cadet’s arrival to be approved for move-in.

Army and Navy Academy has selected FACTS as its tuition management provider for this school year and beyond. We require all families to establish a tuition account with FACTS. In addition, you will need to process your prepayment deposits for the incidental and Cadet Store accounts through FACTS. Below, you will find detailed information for each category.

TUITION

If you have not already done so, you must establish your tuition account with FACTS, and be up to date on your tuition – Must be completed prior to your move-in date. Your cadet will be unable to move in if your account is not up to date.

  • Create your FACTS account HERE.
  • Enroll in a payment plan
  • DOMESTIC CADETS ONLY: Pay in Full or 8 Monthly Payments Beginning in July

Once a payment plan has been selected, FACTS will have you process a non-refundable tuition deposit of $2500 to complete your cadet’s enrollment. Once you are enrolled in FACTS, Financial Services will complete your tuition agreement. FACTS will send an email confirmation with your tuition breakdown schedule. (Please note that any additional credits and financial assistance will be modified after initial agreement is finalized).

INCIDENTAL ACCOUNT

You will receive a FACTS invitation from the Academy to process your initial prepayment in July. This prepayment must be completed prior to your move-in date. Your cadet will be unable to move in if their incidental account has not not established.

Charges will be billed against this prepayment throughout the year. When your account reaches a credit balance of $50, you will receive an alert to upload additional funds.

This account will be charged for school-related fees incurred by the cadet during their time on campus. These fees may be related but not limited to the following: Learning Strategies, Health Center monthly medication fee, physician copays, ACT/SAT testing and preparation, transportation expenses, sports, school trips, weekend activities, late fees, and room damages.

CADET STORE PREPAYMENT

The Cadet Store prepayment for your cadet is $3,200 for returning cadets. Senior families are advised that this estimate does not include the estimated $1500 for the senior dress whites uniform.

You will receive a FACTS invitation from the Academy to process your initial prepayment in July. This amount is an estimate based on the initial cost of uniforms, textbooks, haircuts, and your cadet’s school-provisioned Chromebook. This prepayment must be completed prior to your move-in date. Your cadet will be unable to move in if their incidental account has not not established.

Funds left over from this deposit will go toward your cadet’s bookstore account, which your cadet can use for additional purchases at the Cadet Store. Charges will be billed against this prepayment throughout the year. When your account reaches a credit balance of $100, you will receive an alert to upload additional funds. If your account reaches $0, your cadet will have to use cash or a credit card at the Cadet Store.

ADDITIONAL FEES

An invoice will be sent separately through FACTS for the yearly required fees such as Associated Student Body (ASB) and Army and Navy Academy Patrons’ Association (ANAPA) fees.

Parents will receive additional invoices for special programs that apply to your cadet.
