"Dear Sir,
Recently, I stopped by your campus to deliver information on Gateway Computers for your technology department. I was so very impressed with your cadets. Each and every one I passed said "Good Morning," and one in particular "Good Morning Ma'am". I haven't been greeted in such a polite manner by an adult or student since moving to California four years ago.
In asking directions to the Academic Office, they were most cordial and helpful. What a refreshing, welcome reception by fine young men. As a parent of an eighteen-year old son I well know the value of a setting similar to yours as he has attended all male schools since the first grade. As a National Board certified teacher, I congratulate you on continuing to offer these young men the opportunity to grow and develop in an educational setting that best meets their needs.
With highest regard and best wishes for a successful school year."
