Library & Information Resource Center

Welcome to the Library and Information Resource Center!

Mrs. Hall, the Head Librarian, and Mrs. Scarano, the Assistant Librarian, uphold the school's mission statement by their dedication to providing an environment conducive to student research, academic endeavors, and recreational pursuits through the use of technological and traditional means. In other words, the library is a great place to study, conduct research, or just relax and read during free time!

The library’s collection includes approximately 5,000 books, 50 subscriptions to magazines and journals, and four proprietary databases. The cadets may use the library throughout the day, which can include time during class, tutorial, CQ, or free time. The library and computer lab has 24 computers, two printers (one is for color printing), and a photocopy machine. Because ANA is a boarding school, the cadets will also find that the library staff keeps a ready supply of paper, calculators, colored pencils, poster board, pens, pencils, and a myriad of other items that the cadets may need to complete academic assignments. If you don’t find it at the library, just ask, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

For additional information about the library or its resources, please contact, Julie Narasky Hall at jhall@armyandnavyacademy.org or by phone, 760.729.2385 Ext. 217.
